There are two ways to let us know if you’ve changed your address.
Go into a branch
Take along some proof of id to your nearest branch. A member of our staff will make sure our systems are updated correctly.
Tell us by post
Download our change of address form. Fill it in, then post it to:
Nationwide Building Society
If you’re letting us know by post, we may still need to contact you for proof of id.
Sorry, but you can’t use this form for a child if they are under 13 or if an adult manages any accounts for them. Please visit your nearest branch instead.
