Mortgages are secured on your home. You could lose your home if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage.
Mortgages are subject to underwriting and criteria. Minimum age 18, UK residents only.

When can you switch to a new deal?

When you can switch depends on what type of mortgage you are on and how long you have left before your current deal ends. If you are on a fixed rate and have less than 4 months left, you can apply to switch to a new deal now.

To check if you are eligible to switch now, log into Mortgage Manager and click on “find out if you can switch” on your mortgage account.

If you are not sure where to start, our guide to switching your mortgage deal could help. It has information on what you need to consider before you switch and what types of mortgage deals there are.
