How to update us

In the Internet Bank

  1. Log in to the Internet Bank.
  2. Choose the Manage my details & settings tab.
  3. Choose View or change my personal details.
  4. Within Marketing preferences, use the Change link.
  5. Choose Yes please or No thanks to select how you'd like from us.
  6. Use the Update preferences button to save your settings.

Using the Banking app

  1. Log in to the Banking app.
  2. Use the menu and choose Details & Settings.
  3. Choose Marketing preferences.
  4. Make any changes to how we can contact you.
  5. Choose Save.

Over the phone

Call our team and they'll change your marketing preferences to suit you.
