Update your marketing preferences
Choose whether you’d like to receive communications from us, and how you’d prefer to get them. For example, by post, email, phone, or text message.
We use these communications to help you make the most of your money and to share information about products and services we think may be suitable for you.
How to update us
Using the Nationwide app
- Log into the app.
- Open Profile and settings.
- Choose Marketing preferences.
- Make any changes to how we can contact you.
- Choose Save.
In the internet bank
- Log in to the internet bank.
- Choose the Settings.
- Under My personal details, choose View or change my personal details.
- Under My marketing preferences, select Change.
- Choose Yes please or No thanks to select how you'd like to hear from us.
- Use the Update preferences button to save your settings.
Over the phone
Call our team and they'll change your marketing preferences to suit you.
