How to make a claim
Register your claim with L&G
Call or email them with your policy number, your diagnosis and your GP's contact details.
Get a claim form
L&G will send you a claim form after you register your claim – this can be done online or by post.
Fill in and post back your form
Complete and send back the claim form to the address given on the form.
Have your claim assessed
Once L&G receive the form, they’ll assess your claim; this may include writing out to the GP, employer or any other involved parties for additional information.
Get a decision
L&G will tell you if your claim gets accepted or not, and explain the next steps.
