Your customer number

You can find your customer number:

In our banking app

  1. Log in to our banking app.
  2. Select the menu icon that appears in the top right corner.
  3. Select Personal details.
  4. Your customer number will appear at the top of the screen.

If you don't have our banking app or a current account, we’re happy to help you over the phone.

Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm (GMT).

Closed Sundays and bank holidays.


Get a new passnumber

You will need to reset your passnumber if you have forgotten it. You can do this on the banking app or on the internet bank.

Reset your passnumber on the banking app:

  1. Open the banking app.
  2. Click the Forgotten passnumber link.
  3. Using your Visa debit card and card reader, follow the on-screen instructions.

To reset your passnumber on the internet bank:

  1. Log in to the internet bank.
  2. Choose Manage my details and settings, at the top of the screen.
  3. Find My security and choose View or change my security settings.
  4. Find My Passnumber, and choose Change.
  5. Follow the steps given to you.

Set up biometrics in our banking app. Then use a fingerprint or face recognition to log in, make payments and more. In both the app, and our internet bank. It's quick, easy and just as secure as a card reader.

And you don't need to remember your passnumber. Or have your debit card to hand.
