Some organisations and retailers use more than one name to trade under. So, you might not recognise them when they appear on your statement.

I still do not recognise the payment
If you are still not sure where the transaction came from, you should check:
- Whether another account holder made the payment.
- That it’s not a renewed subscription.
- That’s it’s not an old purchase that has only just gone through.
