Our lines are really busy at the moment, so hold times are much longer than we’d like. Be mindful of your inclusive minutes limit if you’re calling our 0345 numbers from a mobile phone.

With internet banking, you can use the secure messaging service to ask us a question about your account. We'll aim to get back to you within 48 working hours.
