When you’ve completed a Decision in Principle
You will:
- see your result on screen
- receive a PDF copy of your DIP certificate by email
- get access to our Mortgage Hub via the link in the email to continue your application.
You can also renew your Decision in Principle if it has expired.
When you've submitted your mortgage application
If you've already submitted your application, don't worry - we have your details and are processing your application.
