  • Check if you can switch now
    Find out if you're eligible and if you'll pay an Early Repayment Charge (ERC).

  • Compare personalised deals
    Get the latest mortgage deals and rates available to you.

  • Change your mortgage term too
    Depending on your situation, you'll also have the option to adjust the length of your term.

  • Select a switch start date
    You'll get dates to choose from – they'll be sometime in the last 3 months of your existing deal, if you have one.

You cannot switch online if you:

  • Want to borrow more and switch
    If you switch and borrow more on the same day, applying online could mean paying more. Find out if we can save you money by calling us on: 03457 30 20 10 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday 8.30am to 4pm. Closed Sundays and bank holidays).

  • Have a lifetime or retirement mortgage for over 55s
