Do I need to keep my card reader?
Yes. We've gradually been reducing the need for our customers to use card readers but sometimes we may still need to complete security checks with your card reader.
Why am I asked to use a card reader on the Internet Bank or to complete purchases online?
The option to use facial recognition to authorise payments is only available in the Banking app for now.
