Our accessible card readers have larger screens, bigger buttons and audio. If this may be easier for you to use you can order one in branch or by calling us.
Log in and make payments easier using biometrics
We want to make it easier and safer for you to confirm your identity when you do your everyday banking. Biometrics is when we use fingerprints or facial recognition to check it's you when using our banking app.
You can now use biometrics in our banking app to log in and make payments without using a card reader.
We might still need to confirm your identity using your card reader. For example, when we need to carry out extra security checks, so don't throw your card reader away, please keep it somewhere safe just in case.
