Ways to apply

You can apply online or over the phone.

Online

If you're comfortable choosing a mortgage without our advice, you can apply online at your own pace. However, you need to understand that you're responsible for the mortgage you choose.

You cannot apply online:

  • If you're applying to borrow more than 85% of the value of the property
  • If you've used any of the affordable home ownership schemes to purchase your current home.
  • If your new mortgage term takes you into or beyond retirement age.
  • If you're borrowing additional money to repay unsecured debts of more than £10,000 or over 15% of the total additional borrowing amount (whichever is lower).

For these types of mortgage, please call us.

Over the phone
