Reasons your account may be missing
You’re new to Nationwide and you've just opened your account
It can take up to 5 working days from when the account is opened for new accounts to show.
You've just registered for online banking
It can take up to 24 hours from registration for your accounts to show.
You’ve switched out of Nationwide or closed an account
Your account will no longer show in your list of accounts.
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
Please call us and we’ll help get your account online.
We'll ask you for:
- your full name
- your address
- information about your missing account or accounts, including any account numbers.
You can find your account number on your card, passbook, certificate or statement.
