How to check your credit card balance
You can check your credit card balance on the Internet Bank, the Banking app, at a cash machine or by calling us.
On the Internet Bank
If you're registered, log into the Internet Bank to find your credit card.
You can check your balance and the available amount you have left to spend on your credit card.
You can check the transactions you’ve made since your last credit card statement.
On the Banking app
Open the Banking app to check your credit card balance.
By choosing your credit card, you can check:
- your credit card’s limit
- the amount available for you to spend
- the balance due on your credit card.
You can also check the transactions you’ve made since your last credit card statement.
Cash machine
Insert your credit card into any cash machine, enter your PIN, then choose the option that lets you check your balance.
Information:
The cash machine may warn that you could get charged for withdrawing from your credit card. You will not get charged if you only check your balance.

- Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm
- Sunday, from 9am to 5pm.
