How to make a claim

  1. Register your claim with Legal & General

    Call or email them with your policy number, your diagnosis and your GP's contact details.

  2. Get a claim form by post

    Legal & General will send you a claim form after you register your claim.

  3. Fill in and post back your form

    Complete and send back the claim form to the address given on the form.

  4. Have your claim assessed

    Once Legal & General receive the form, they’ll assess your claim; this may include writing out to the GP, employer or any other involved parties for additional information.

  5. Get a decision

    Legal & General will tell you if your claim gets accepted or not, and explain the next steps.
