Information:

You have to call to make a Home Emergency or Legal Cover claim. You can only make claims online for Buildings or Contents Insurance.

Start your claim online and we’ll call you with the next steps.

If you submit your claim online:

  • before 12pm, we'll be in touch the same day
  • after 12pm, we'll be in touch the next working day.

We'll only call between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, or 9am to 5pm Saturday.

Home Emergency Cover claim

Important:

You must report the emergency to us within 48 hours of discovery.

If you’ve added Home Emergency Cover to your policy, you’re covered for temporary repairs to make your property safe up to £500.

If you haven’t, we can still help you get the advice and support you need, but you’ll need to pay for any repairs.

Legal Cover claim

If you’ve added Legal Cover to your policy, you’re covered for legal assistance worth up to £50,000 for claims covered by your policy.

If you haven’t, we'll still put you in touch with people that can help, but you’ll need to pay for all legal costs.

Legal Cover is provided by Arc Legal Assistance and administered by Lyons Davidson.
