You don’t need to contact us to ask for your bank reference.
The third party – such as your letting agency or bank – should contact us directly to request the reference. They will need to supply written authorisation from you, the account holder.
There is no charge for this service.
The reference will be sent to the third party within 7 to 10 working days.
