How to get your switch offer

  1. Choose one of our current accounts and apply online

    Choose a new or existing FlexPlus, FlexDirect or FlexAccount and start your application.

  2. Request a full switch when you apply

    You'll need to complete your switch within 28 days. As part of the switch, you need to move over at least 2 Direct Debits and ask to close your old account.

  3. Deposit £1,000 and make a payment with your debit card

    After your account is open or you've applied to switch to an existing account, you'll have 31 days to pay in £1,000 and pay for something with your card. Restrictions apply.

  4. Get your £200

    We’ll pay the £200 into your account within 10 days of you meeting all the requirements.
