As part of the Connect Community, you can:

Take part in telephone interviews – to help us understand your personal experience.
Take part in group online live chats – where we select a few members to chat with us in more detail.
Joining means you’ll be able to share your views and make suggestions, so we can continue to put our members first. And once you’ve taken part, we’ll let you know how your feedback is being used by the business.
