Supplier Policies

Our Supplier Policies provide an overview of what we expect from our suppliers to address the key areas of risk that Nationwide faces.

Note:

This is not an exhaustive list and Nationwide reserves the right to update these policies from time to time. Other policies may apply in relation to the goods/services provided.

Our expectations

We expect our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Policies. The relevant requirements are shared with prospective suppliers during the tender process and align to our contractual agreements. We conduct regular control tests, to check adherence to the expectations outlined in the policies.

Third Party Code of Practice

What we buy and who we buy it from matters to us. We’re committed to continually building a greener, more inclusive, and more ethical supply chain. We expect our third parties to support us in achieving this.

To support this commitment we created our Third Party Code of Practice. This sets out the environmental and social standards we expect our suppliers to uphold.
