Changing lives

We want you to join us and support the #WeThe15 campaign. It aims to transform the lives of the 1 billion people globally who have a disability.

15 equates to the percentage of the global population with a disability – visible or hidden.

Together with organisations worldwide, we’re proud to support #WeThe15 – encouraging more conversation and discussion around disability.

#WeThe15 is the biggest ever group of organisations from sport, human rights, policy and business to initiate change for the world’s largest marginalised community.

Valuable 500

We are involved with #WeThe15 as we are part of The Valuable 500 – one of the founders of the campaign.

The Valuable 500 is a community of 500 national and multinational, private sector businesses. The aim is to help and unlock the social and economic value of disabled people across the world.

Unlocking value

By joining The Valuable 500, companies agree to:

  • put disability on the board agenda
  • make one commitment to action
  • share their commitment to The Valuable 500 internally and externally.

Mutual purpose

Inclusion is at the heart of our mutual purpose. We refer to this as ‘building society, nationwide’. Central to this is our mission to build an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. And for our Society to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
