Upload documents for your credit card dispute if your dispute was raised before 30th May 2025

You should only use this section for credit card dispute evidence – if your dispute was raised before 30 May 2025. For any disputes raised after this date please send your evidence as detailed in the communication we sent to you.

How to upload your documents

We use a trusted and secure external service called DocuSign to process your information and documents.

After you press the following button, you’ll be taken to their website and asked for some personal information. Once you've submitted your information, you can sign the form and upload attachments, such as scans or photos of receipts. This will help us with your dispute.
