The information provided will be shared within Nationwide and with its Visa Secure processor in order to administer and manage the Visa Secure process. In addition to this we do log your IP address which is automatically recognised by our Web Server.
We will only collect information that is relevant to providing Visa Secure.
To provide this service we need to transfer your information to the VISA Secure processor. Only information required to perform this service will be transferred.
If you use standard email for communication with Nationwide, information will not be protected in the same way and you should be aware that Nationwide cannot guarantee that it remains confidential whilst in transit.
All email sent to Nationwide will be monitored and checked to ensure our systems operate effectively.
You have the right of access to your personal records held by Nationwide and the credit and fraud agencies. You can ask for a copy of our personal information leaflet which will tell you how to apply for your records and explains in more detail how your information will be used.
