Bringing Nationwide and Virgin Money together
Following Court approval on 23 February 2026, Virgin Money’s business is expected to become part of Nationwide on 2 April 2026. Once the transfer completes, your total combined deposits with Nationwide and Virgin Money will be covered up to £120,000 per person, or £240,000 for joint accounts.
