On Friday 30 September, The Mortgage Works (TMW) will reintroduce its range of fixed buy to let mortgages following their temporary withdrawal on Wednesday (28^th).

Nationwide Building Society is amending its fixed mortgage rates, effective from tomorrow, Friday 30 September.

Due to the current economic environment and unprecedented demand, The Mortgage Works (TMW) will be temporarily withdrawing its range of fixed rate buy to let mortgages from 3pm today (Wednesday 28 September).

Nationwide Building Society is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracey Graham as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Society.

From Wednesday 28 September, Nationwide Building Society is amending its fixed and tracker mortgage rates.

Nationwide Building Society is today increasing the rate on its one and two year Fixed Rate Bonds/Online Bonds and launching a new three year Fixed Rate Online Bond.

• New streamlined process developed in conjunction with Moneyhub using open banking payments technology
• Around 8 percent of accounts are closed each month as members forget to meet the funding requirements
• New process initially rolled out for Fixed Rate Online Bonds before expanding to other savings accounts in future.

Nationwide Building Society is today announcing rate increases on all of its variable rate savings accounts, including increasing the rate on the Society’s competitive Triple Access Online Saver and Triple Access Online ISA for new and existing members.
