Lost or stolen chequebooks and passbooks

Order a new one online

  1. Log in to the Internet Bank
  2. Click on ‘My messages’ at the very top of the page
  3. Choose 'Compose new message'
  4. From the drop down menu, choose your account (e.g. ‘Managing my FlexPlus account’)
  5. Then select ‘Cheques’
  6. Finally, select ‘Order cheque book’
