How to switch your funds between investment accounts

Switching between funds online

You can manage your investments using your Aegon Customer Dashboard. Please log in using your e-mail address and password and click on the product you wish to manage.

If you haven’t activated yet, you can do so by visiting the Aegon Customer Dashboard and following the on-screen instructions.

You will need your activation code to hand which will have been sent within the welcome letter or e-mail Aegon sent you. For more help, visit the Aegon website.

Please note, the following services are currently unavailable via your Aegon Customer Dashboard:

  • Select Portfolio Bonds
  • Investments where you are the secondary holder

Switching between funds in branch

For additional information, or to review your investments, please use our online booking form to make an appointment with a Financial Planning Manager.

Making use of your ISA allowance

You may wish to move part of your investment from a General Investment Account (GIA) to a stocks and shares ISA to benefit from tax efficient investment. To do this, please visit the Aegon Customer Dashboard, select your General Investment Account (GIA), and in the ‘more options’ menu select ‘Transfer money from GIA to ISA’.
