Your card and PIN will arrive within 5-7 working days after you open your account, and for security reasons are delivered in separate letters.
Start using the card to activate it, where you can change your PIN if you want to.
You can use your card for contactless payments if you have the symbol on the card. If there's no symbol, and you're eligible, order a contactless card in branch or by phone.
If your card is lost or stolen, you can freeze it instantly in our Banking app. While it's frozen no one can use it to make payments. Or you can report it lost or stolen. Either way, it's important to do it as soon as possible.
