Updating your marketing preferences

From time to time, we’d like to send you marketing information on products and services we think you’ll be interested in – to help you get the most out of your membership. This could be a monthly e-newsletter updating you on what’s happening with your Building Society, or info about a new savings account designed to help your money grow.

But it’s entirely up to you whether you choose to hear from us and how. You can check or change your marketing preferences, and update how you’d like us to keep in touch, at any time.

How to update your marketing preferences

  • On the Internet Bank: Go to Marketing Preferences in the My Details tab
  • On the Banking app: Go to Marketing Preferences in Details & Settings
  • Give us a call
  • Write to us: Freepost SCE 7125, Swindon, SN38 9LY with the details you’d like to change
  • Visit any branch

Whatever you choose, we’ll always make sure you receive important information about your account. And we’ll never share your details with other companies for their marketing purposes.
