This means your payment date may stay the same the month you request a change and your new payment date arrangement will start the following month or even the month after. Be aware, depending on when you request your new payment date to start could mean you'll need to make 2 payments close together.
We'll send you a letter within 5 working days to confirm when your payment date will change, so that you can make sure you're ready for the change.
