Your account number can be found on your InvestDirect card or on the Internet Bank. Please remember to always quote your account number on your paying in or withdrawal requests.

You can use your paying in slip to pay money via post into your account, you can log into the Internet Bank and Banking app to and move money between your Nationwide accounts (if you’re registered). Or cash and cheque via a Nationwide cash machine, using your cash card.

You can also set up a standing order to make regular payments into your InvestDirect account – please contact your current account provider.

Cash withdrawals can be made free of any Nationwide charge from Nationwide cash machines and LINK ATMs throughout the UK.

When using your withdrawal slip you can withdraw up to £500,000 by cheque, just use the envelope provided.

You can check your balance, pay in cash or cheque, withdraw cash, order statements and even make payments into your account.

Your annual statement provides details of all your transactions since your last statement and any interest paid from 1 October to 30 September.
