Submit your form online before 12pm and we'll be in touch the same day. If your claim is received after 12pm we'll contact you by 12pm the next working day (8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday) to let you know how your claim is progressing. If you call us to claim, we’ll start working on it straightaway.
We aim to settle simple claims of up to £1,000 within 24 hours. If it’s more complex, your dedicated claims handler will guide you through it.
