Visiting your local branch

During this time there may be periods when we are unable to fully staff our branches. In severe cases we may even need to temporarily close your local branch to protect you and our employees.

We won’t do this without good reason, and will promise to keep any disruption to a minimum. You can check the opening time and status of your local branch via our branch finder.

To enable our elderly and more vulnerable members to visit us in a safer environment we're opening over 100 of our branches one hour earlier, at 8am. Find out more about our support for elderly or vulnerable members.
