If you need to make a claim it can be a stressful and worrying time. Legal & General want to help you by providing a stress-free claims process. Your claim will be handled sensitively by one of their experienced case handlers.
You’ll need to give them:
Your case handler will let you know if they need any further information or documents. In most cases, you’ll need to send the death certificate.
Depending on the type of policy and the circumstances of the death they may need to:
Full payments for valid claims are made within 3 days.

Waiver of Premium may cover your monthly payments, after 26 weeks if you can’t work due to sickness or injury. Let Legal & General know if you think you’ll need to make a claim. The earlier you tell them, the more they can help.
