We’ll post a new PIN to you within 5 working days.
If your PIN is locked, contactless won't work until you have used your new PIN. Using a cash machine, or making a chip and PIN purchase will do the trick.
Pop into branch with your ID and a member of our team will help you withdraw money or make a payment.
