You can log in to Samsung’s 'Find My Mobile' website from another computer and lock your device to stop anyone else using it.
If you can't remove your Nationwide card from your device, we can do it on your behalf. Please call us on 0800 30 20 11 (between 8am and 8pm) or visit us in branch.
