Where can I view and manage my regular payments?

View, change or cancel regular payments in the Banking app

  1. Log in to the Banking app.
  2. Tap the menu in the top right corner.
  3. Select ‘Payments and Transfers’.
  4. Tap ‘View or cancel payments’ to see your future dated payments, standing orders and Direct Debits.
  5. Tap on the payment to view the payment details, or to cancel the payment.

View, change or cancel regular payments in the Internet Bank

  1. Log in to the Internet Bank.
  2. Click on the 'Move money' tab at the top of the page.
  3. Under 'Manage payees', choose the account the payments are taken from, then click 'Go'.
  4. On this page you can view single payments, standing orders (labelled ‘regular payments’) and Direct Debits.
  5. For more information about a payment, click (+) to the left of the payee name to expand the details.
  6. To change a payment, click on the dropdown box labelled ‘Make a selection’ and choose the change you’d like to make.

Can't see a payment you expected to be there?

It could be a recurring card payment. These are commonly used for subscription services, like Spotify or Netflix. Direct Debits and standing orders are set up using your account details, but recurring payments are set up using your card details. This means you won’t be able to see them with your other regular payments.
