An ATM didn’t give me the money I asked for

Please contact us as soon as possible and tell us:


  • the amount of cash you tried to withdraw
  • the amount you received (if any)
  • the date and time you tried to withdraw the money
  • which bank or building society owns the ATM
  • the street it’s on.

Contact us through the Internet Bank

You can log in and send us a secure message from your account at any time.

  1. Log in to the Internet Bank.
  2. Click on 'My messages' at the top of the page.
  3. Click on 'Compose new message'.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
