How to do it depends on the device you’re using.
You can log in to iCloud from another computer and use Find My iPhone to lock your device.
Alternatively, you can log in to your Apple account. It’ll show the devices you’re signed in to, and which ones are set up with Apple Pay. You can select the device and remove your payment card.
If you can’t remove your Nationwide card from your device, we can do it on your behalf. Please call us on 0800 30 20 11 (between 8am and 8pm) or visit us in branch.
