How do I register for internet banking?

You are already registered if you:

  • opened an account online
  • opened an account in branch and opted in to internet banking.

If you are already registered, wait for your details to arrive in the post

We've posted your customer number and passnumber to your registered address. This can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Once you have these, you can just log in.

If you're not already registered

We will have sent you your customer number and account details in the post, which can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Once you have these, you can register in branch or online, following the instructions below.

  1. Make sure you're received your customer number and account details in the post.
  2. Follow the link below.
  3. Choose the type of account and press 'Continue'.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Once completed, you can log in straight away, but it can take up to 24 hours for all your accounts to appear in the Internet Bank.
