I've forgotten my passnumber

Your passnumber is the 6-digit number we gave you when you completed your online banking registration.

For security reasons, we can't remind you of your passnumber, so you'll need to change it. There are a few ways to do this:

Change it in the Banking app

  1. Log in using a card reader, face recognition or fingerprint ID
  2. Go to the menu in the top right corner
  3. Tap ‘Details & Settings
  4. Go to ‘Your details’ and then tap ‘Your passnumber
  5. Tap on ‘Edit’ to update your passnumber

Change your passnumber in the Internet Bank

  1. Log in to the Internet Bank using a card reader
  2. Click on the ‘Manage’ tab at the top of the page
  3. Go to ‘My security’ and click ‘View or change my security settings
  4. Find  ‘My passnumber/memorable data
  5. Click on ‘Change’ to update your passnumber

Reset your passnumber by re-registering

Don't worry — it only takes a few minutes and doesn't affect your accounts in any way. We simply reset all your details except your customer number.
