Your memorable data will be a name, place or date you’ll have chosen when you registered for internet banking.
For security reasons, we can’t remind you of your memorable data, so you’ll have to change it. There are two ways to do this:

Any bank or building society's card reader will work, as long as it accepts your debit card - it's equally safe and secure.
As long as you haven't registered for internet banking in the last 7 days, you can reset your passnumber and memorable data - and retrieve your customer number - by re-registering.
You'll need to have your account details to hand. Once you've reset your login details, you can log in straight away.
