I've forgotten my memorable data

Your memorable data will be a name, place or date you’ll have chosen when you registered for internet banking.

For security reasons, we can’t remind you of your memorable data, so you’ll have to change it.

If you've only forgotten your memorable data

You can log in to the Internet Bank using your card reader or passnumber and code by text, then change your details by selecting:


  1. Manage my details and settings; then
  2. View or change my security settings.

If you've forgotten all your login details or don't have a card reader

As long as you haven't registered for internet banking in the last seven days, you can reset your passnumber and memorable data - and retrieve your customer number - by re-registering.

You'll need:


  • Your account details

We will send you two codes, one by text message and one by email. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can be resent a maximum of three times.

If you can't receive the codes, we'll be able to post your details instead.
