I've forgotten my memorable data

Your memorable data will be a name, place or date you’ll have chosen when you registered for internet banking.

For security reasons, we can’t remind you of your memorable data, so you’ll have to reset it. There are two ways to do this:

Reset your memorable data in the Internet Bank

You can reset your memorable data in the Internet Bank: 


  1. Log in to the Internet Bank using your card reader
  2. Click on the ‘Manage’ tab at the top of the page
  3. Go to ‘My security’ and click ‘View or change my security settings
  4. Find  ‘My memorable data
  5. Click on the ‘Change’ link to update your memorable data

Hints and tips:

Any bank or building society's card reader will work, as long as it accepts your debit card - it's equally safe and secure.

Reset your details by re-registering

Don't worry — it only takes a few minutes and doesn't affect your accounts in any way. We simply reset all your details except your customer number.

You’ll need to have your account details to hand when you re-register.
