Why is my account missing from the Internet Bank?
There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to see your account in the Internet Bank:
If you’ve just registered for internet banking
It can take up to 48 hours for your account(s) to appear in the Internet Bank.
If you’ve just opened a new account
You’ll need to wait 5 working days for your new account to be fully set up before it appears in the Internet Bank.
None of the above? Your account could be blocked
