If your finances are impacted by the coronavirus outbreak, we’ll remove the early access charges that would normally apply to your fixed bond savings account. This means you can withdraw your money and close your account early, without any penalties.

We hope this will be one less thing to worry about during these uncertain times.

To access your fixed bond savings without charge, you need to let us know you need help first. If you do not do this, you may still be charged.

Ways to get in touch

Just let us know that you need access to your fixed bond savings early, to help you through any financial struggles you may be facing. It may help to have your account number to hand, especially if you have more than one account.

Visit us in branch

As an essential public service, most of our branches will stay open during the lockdown.

We’re committed to doing all we can to keep offering a counter service for those people who really need to come in and see us. But we are now asking all our members – please only visit us in branch if it’s absolutely necessary.

Most of our branches will stay open from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays. Though in some cases, we’ve had to close local branches while our employees are self-isolating.
