What should I do if I’ve forgotten my PIN?

You can request a PIN reminder in the Internet Bank

  1. Log in to the Internet Bank using your memorable data
  2. Go to the ‘View accounts’ tab at the top of the page
  3. Select the relevant account
  4. From the left hand menu, choose ‘Other account services
  5. From the Account services menu, choose ‘Request a PIN reminder
  6. Enter the last 8 digits of your 16 digit card number
  7. Click ‘Request PIN

Your new PIN number should arrive at your registered address within 5 working days.

Call us on 0800 30 20 11 and we’ll send you a new PIN to your registered address within 5 working days.
