If you can, please repay the amount you owe in full before the date stated on your letter. You can do this by transferring money via the Internet Bank from your Nationwide current account, if you have one.
You can also use the Internet Bank to set up a bill payment from a current account.
If your current account is with another UK provider, you can call the number on the back of your credit card, and using the phone keyboard you’ll be able to arrange a debit card payment, or speak to someone if you need help.
If you don’t have a UK current account and you’re able to, you could visit one of our branches and repay the outstanding balance in cash.
If these options don’t work for you, you don’t need to do anything right now and we’ll write to you soon to explain the alternative options, which could include continuing to make monthly repayments.
