Access keys

Our access keys

This site uses access keys (in HTML, referred to as the "accesskey" attribute) in accordance with the UK government's recommendation on what keys to use for certain pages.

The access keys we have set up are as follows:

1 - Home page
3 - Site map
4 - Search
6 - Help
7 - Complaints procedure
9 - Feedback form
0 - Access key details

How you make use of the access key depends on the web browser that you are using (see this Wikipedia entry for a complete list of different browsers' implementation of access keys).

Please note that we do not have equivalent pages for the following pages that the government recommends:

2 - What's new (suggest trying the home page instead)
5 - Frequently Asked Questions
8 - Terms and conditions (each product/service has its own terms and conditions)
