When you open a savings account with us, we need to let you know about our most recent summary financial statement and auditors' report. These are published on our website. The summary financial statement shows a summary of our accounts, you can access it by navigating to the 'Summary Financial Statement' page in our Review of the Year. You can also view our Review of the Year and latest full annual report and accounts, which contains our auditors' report, by navigating to our 'Results and Accounts' page and selecting the relevant year.

Please note: If you're transferring in a matured Child Trust Fund that you hold with another manager, you'll need to select the option to transfer in a cash ISA held with another manager. This applies even if your Child Trust Fund is not an ISA.

You'll need to call your local branch and arrange a telephone appointment or request a posted application pack if:​

  • you have a BFPO address​
  • you have been granted Power of Attorney and wish to make a transfer-in request on behalf of the donor (our customer)​
