Your Annual Customer Report (ACR)

You may have noticed that you’ve received your Annual Customer Report (ACR) earlier than usual. The information in your ACR is still relevant and accurate.

We’ve taken on customer feedback about improving your ACR and look forward to sharing our new design with you next year.

The Annual Customer Report (ACR) is provided to Nationwide investment members paying for Ongoing Service (OGS).

It provides a summary of the member’s Nationwide portfolio, including their holdings, portfolio performance, and attitude to risk captured at their last review.

How can we help you today?

Log in to the Investor Portfolio Service (IPS)

With IPS you can buy and top up Investments or switch Investment funds. You can use IPS if you purchased an Investment before 31 December 2012 via a Financial Planning Manager or have purchased a Nationwide Online Investment fund.

Log in to the Personal Finance Portal (PFP)

With our Personal Finance Portal you can top up or switch your Investments and monitor their performance. You can use PFP if you invested through one of our Financial Planning Managers and are paying for our Ongoing Service.
