Coronavirus (COVID-19) and travel insurance

FlexPlus Travel insurance has changed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. If you’re thinking about opening a FlexPlus account, make sure you read the Summary of Changes document as this forms part of your policy.

You are no longer covered for cancelling your trip due to COVID-19 or a pandemic, before you travel, unless it is for medical reasons. This applies to all trips booked, or new accounts opened, on or after 1 January 2021.

Thousands of UK ATMs available for your convenience. You can make withdrawals, pay your bills, get mini statements and more.

To change your FlexPlus account to a FlexDirect or FlexAccount, call us on 03457 30 20 10 between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

Managing your travel insurance policy

You can manage your FlexPlus travel insurance policy online using the U K Insurance travel insurance portal. From the portal, you'll be able to make and check on outstanding claims (logged from 22 March 2021), view and download your travel insurance policy documents, complete medical screening, purchase upgrades, and more.
